Jonathan Russell is Managing Director of Sandler Training Hampshire, working with ambitious businesses and their leaders when they are committed to growth and success but are facing challenges and frustrations in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the way they sell and build their customer base.
Jonathan finally moved permanently to the South Coast in 2005 bringing with him the experience and expertise built via a 25 year career including several senior and director-level challenges from start-ups to FTSE 50 global enterprises. Along the way he has led and managed teams from 2 to 60 people and been involved in sales with a combined value in excess of €12 billion. With strong experience of turn-around and change environments, Jonathan developed a strong customer-focused communications model for improving the impact of sales and marketing, cemented by the awarding of an MBA with Distinction and election as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Manufactures, Arts and Science.
Through Sandler he works as a trusted advisor, coach and trainer for a range of ambitious businesses across the South Coast. He is in demand as an entertaining and dynamic speaker on overcoming the challenges of modern selling and sales communications, networking, sales management, customer care, and more. He is particularly interested in helping professional service firms and services overcome the stigma of selling and redefine their approach to business development as a significant differentiator to their brand.
